He has received extensive mediation training from such diverse sources as Pepperdine’s famed Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, the Second Appellate District, the U.S. District Court Central District of California, and UCLA’s Advanced Mediation Skills Program.
He is a panelist for the California Dept of Fair Employment and Housing, the Second District Court of Appeal, and the U.S. District Court (Central California), and specializes in mediating: Employment, Civil Rights, Employee Benefit, and Disability disputes.
